Disaster Relief (Uttarkashi earthquake 1991)

Several doctors and students from AIIMS along with VOI volunteers reached Uttarkashi soon after the earthquake. VOI provided emergency health services and helped in advising the building of quake-proof housing for the villagers in 15 villages.
